One of the hobbies I've taken up on weekends, between studying and work, while my fiancee is in another state and COVID-19 has shut down most of normal social life, is archiving my father's plethora of music and other documents pertaining to his music career in New York. My mother is an artist too (visual and literary), and she mostly filled both roles of mother and father while he was pursuing fully his music career. I'm glad he did, as what he created I hope will be saved for many generations to come.
He always liked boardwalks and the beach, as I do, and he wrote a jazz piece titled "On Boardwalk." Here is a link! https://open.spotify.com/album/5wmubfVPDCFUzf0VY0LGVH
